Sweet 16 This boat blends great performance features of several boats in to a comfortable 2-seater. While it uses DN runners and much of the same hardware as a DN, the hull construction is more simplified and it uses a springboard like that found on the front of a Renegade. The mast of the original boat was an old aluminum Interlake Sailboat spar. Power comes from a full-battened, high-aspect ratio sail with a powerful roach, much like that of a catamarans. Sweet 16's are not known for their light air performance, but really go in a blow. Popular for families.
